Shipping and Delivery

 

When sending orders, the following costs are charged by Ouroboros Miniatures;

• Netherlands & Belgium €7,50
• EU €10,00
• US and Rest of Europe €12,50
• Rest of World €15,00

 

All orders of €150,- (for EU and Rest of Europe) (and €175,- for outside of Europe) or more are shipped free of charge. If, due to any promotion or discount, the amount drops below €150,-/€175,- then shipping charges apply.

Delivery times can take up to 21 days (or even longer!)  depending on where you are situated in the world. However we've found out that most packages arrive within 5-12 days from the moment of shipping. 

The 21+ day period does not apply to orders who are pre-orders. These orders are shipped, when the pre-order items arrive at Ouroboros Miniatures and have been re-packed and been made ready for shipping.

 

Orders are usually shipped within 7 days from receiving payment.

 

We make sure all products are well protected during shipping. All of our products are hand made and hand packed to ensure quality. However due to the fragile nature of the pieces and the rigors of shipping, accidents or breakage do occur.

 

In these occurrences, you can contact us along with a photo of the breakage, and we will send out a replacement as appropriate.

 

In any case, please contact us so that we can rectify the situation.

RETURNS

 

 

Our Return Policy in short

 

•Contact Ouroboros Miniatures before returning any items.

 

 

•You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.

 

 

•The product must be in new condition.

 

 

•To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

 

 

•Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.

 

 

•If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Ouroboros Miniatures and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

 

 

Return Conditions

 

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Ouroboros Miniatures suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

 

Ouroboros Miniatures will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

 

 

Returning A Package

 

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Ouroboros Miniatures is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

 

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

 

 

Unclaimed Packages

 

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Ouroboros Miniatures reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
